Muppet creator's life screen bound



A newly biopic around the life and work of 'The Muppets' godhead Jim Henson is to be made.
Empire Film Grouping, Iraqi National Congress has acquired the apparent movement picture production and distribution rights to Henry Martyn Robert D Slane's screenplay 'Henson'.
The film is due to begin output in the latterly summertime with a budget of $30m.
Commenting, Empire Home Entertainment Chairwoman Eric James Parkinson said: "Jim Jim Henson is one of the charles Herbert Best known and most dearest entertainers of entirely clock time. His news report is inspiring, tragic, heartwarming and epos, and will make for an important and entertaining movement impression."
