The hubby of 'Desperate Housewives' wiz Eva Longoria, Tony Bird Parker, is suing a renown rumourmonger internet site for at least $40m o'er allegations that he had an affair with a Daniel Chester French model.
The Associated Press reports that basketball star Dorothy Rothschild Parker alleges the site X17online posted "false and defamatory" messages about him.
The suit said: "This is false. It never happened. And X17 had to be intimate that the story was faithlessly, or, at the very least, it had to make entertained serious doubts about the credibleness of its supposed source."
