American Idol teen gets album deal
Josiah Leming, the 17-year-old whose elimination from the audition rounds of 'American Idol' was one of the show's big stories this year, has signed a record deal.
Billboard reports that Leming has inked a recording and publishing deal with Warner Bros Records.
He begins work on his debut album this week.
Viewers of the show saw that Leming had left home to pursue a career in music and lived in his car as he tried to support his parents.
