Sam Sparro album gets US release date

The release date of Sam Sparro�??s self-titled debut album has been announced, and it�??s out next month.

Sparro, recorded the album with Paul Epworth, Richard X and Jess Rogg, and recently appeared with Mark Ronson at the Coachella festival where he sang his own single �??Black and Gold�??, as well as sharing vocal duties with Klaxons�?? Jamie Reynolds on �??Stop Me If You Think You�??ve Heard This One Before�??.

The album comes out June 24 via Universal.

Meanwhile, Sparro hits the road this weekend for a UK tour opening for Robyn, kicking off June 7 in Birmingham. Sparro cancelled his May 25 gig in the city due to technical problems at the venue.
